Memorial Day Fun

Aunt Jamie and Stephen at Market Street

Stephen and Mommy

Looking at all the other kids!

'Mo, Mommy'! This is all I heard once he tasted sweet cream and strawberries ice cream!
Stephen was a little scared of the water because he got in the face a few times.

Enjoying the water!

Fun, fun!

33 WEEKS prego with Jonathan!

Daniel went with friends biking at Memorial Park in Houston but I couldn't go due growing our second child. I was very bummed! So Stephen and I went to check out Baby Gap at Market Street. I bought him a cheap swimsuit ($4) and decided to let him run through the water area. I think I put sun screen on him 3 times in 45 minutes. He got a little pink but no burn. I on the hand got burnt on my back from running around after him in the hot sun. He had more fun watching the other kids at first but then he got the hang of it after a little while. His aunt Jamie (he calls GiGi) brought us a towel to dry off and a camera to take pictures.

Mrs. Seale only has 8 more days left of school!

I am officially Mrs. Seale for only 8 more days. A student in my class told his Mom this about my tummy.

"Mommy, Mrs. Seale's tummy is big because she is having a baby, he was small, but he eats all her food and makes her tummy get bigger!").

I am going to miss teaching kindergarten BUT.......lately, I am realizing more and more that I am ready to stay home with my boys. Don't get me wrong. I "know" our world at home is going to very chaotic at first. The great thing is I have two sister-in-laws home with their kids and I have a close friend from college that has a 2 year old, 13 month old and she is 14 weeks pregnant with her 3rd. They have all been giving me tips for last few months. My Mom and Dad will also help out as much as I need them too with Stephen those first few weeks. My sister will be off for summer break so although she might not know it yet she might be carting my kid to the swimming pool a few days a week. I love being a Mom! I know it will all work out once baby Jonathan arrives.

My number one prayer request is that these last 6 weeks go smoothly. I have one more 2 week appointment on June 3rd. Then I start going weekly for check-ups. I was blessed to have such a good delivery with Stephen (3 1/2 hours after getting induced). I hope I am that lucky again with Jonathan's delivery. We are only 6 minutes away from the hospital so it should all go well.

My best friend growing up from Gonzales is pregnant. She is due 4 days before I am with her first little boy. Here are a few pictures from both of her showers. She taught 3rd at the same school with me but has recently become a counselor at the elementary level. She is now going to stay home with her little boy once he arrives. We will be delivering at the same hospital in early July.

My little boy is so big!

I can't believe how big my little boy is getting. He is putting two words together and has managed to get on the couch now by himself. Here is a recent picture of our little 17 month old.
