Fun with Carson and Clay

The Keefe boys came to swim on Monday in the evening. It has been in the 90's so we have stopped heating the pool . The water is still a little chilly but it's fun. 

Our last Easter in Texas (for a few years)

We had a wonderful Easter weekend in Gonzales and in Navarro. This is my very first time taking pictures of my kids in the Texas bluebonnets.

Soccer

This Spring we decided to put both boys in soccer. We enrolled in the same program so we could play with our cousins Skye, Titus and Hunter is on the 8 year old team. It has been a little more of a challenge with our little Jonathan. 

Jonathan joined the field with Skye on the 2nd game. He kicked the ball once and walked off the field. 

April

It's spring time so we are I'm the pool. The pool is still a little cool (50-70's) so we have heated it a few times this month. We are celebrating Uncle Peter's birthday . The kids loved it. 

Russia

We found out in March that we are moving to the Sakhalin Islands in Russia in early August. I realize Russia is going nuts right now with the Ukraine but we are not sure this will affect our move. I guess we will find out in August. For now I am trying to do what I can with the information I know. I know we will have a 40 foot container to transport our furniture and belongings that we will need. I am happy we will get what we need but I am sure it will not be in a timely manner. I am preparing myself to "deal without" even though it's months away. I tend to do ok when it comes to change but I haven't had a major life change like this. The Lord is my rock and he will get us through the trials of this move. 

Hunter is 8

A happy day because we celebrated Hunter turning 8. His dad is rotating in Argentina and could not be here so we had a special party to celebrate him.
