Mommy and Anna date

I took Anna to the mall one day to spend some time alone. We rode the carousel, are Dippin Dots ice cream and I let her play for 10 minutes in the play area. She is just adorable when we are alone. I miss each and every second i do not get to see each one of my kids since they are in school. I'm planing other dates for the boys this week. 

Christmas with the Seale's in The Woodlands

We drove back to The Woodlands on Christmas Day to spend it with the Seale's. Daniel bought a Wii U for our kids this year. This is then playing for the first time. Stephen is playing, Jonathan is waiting and Anna thinks she is playing. 

We played Settlers of Catan that night and Stephen helped Daniel. He ended up winning. 

Gonzales Christmas

I've loved seeing my sweet little nephew Cody for a few days during Christmas. We stayed in Gonzales with my parents for 4 days.

Back to Texas for a month

We are ready to head back to Texas for a month. We ended up getting our draft eight container Friday evening around 4pm. What a blessing. We have spent the last 2 days unpacking. We have no real plans except to spend time with family and friends and a few doctor appointments. 

Here is how are last few days/hours looked.

She is such a good water on airplanes. 

Not business class but we all did well. This plane was awesome for a 4 hour flight to Korea. The kids did great with tv entertainment. I didn't have to get out my bag of tricks until the next day for our 13 hour flight. We boarded at 9:30am the next morning and the kids were rested since we stayed in the Transit hotel in the airport. They went to bed quite late (10:30pm) but still woke up at 6am. We boarded at 9:30pm and 2/3 of them slept about 1hour each.

We obviously played musical chairs on the last 13 hour flight. I managed to watch 2.5 movies and got a 1/2 hour rest. 

We are here in Texas. I was tired and a little hungry so I did not get any photos of our arrival full first day back. 

Ninja Turtle Birthday Party

We did shared party for Stephen and Titus this year. It might be their last party to invite the entire class. I didn't get many photos because my phone died and I left my Nikon at home. I will upload more later. I didn't even get a picture of them together on my phone. As soon as Daniel gets back from his trip I will upload more. 

It was a successful party. 

My winter parka

We will be back in Texas for our Christmas holiday break from December 15th until January 14th. I am excited, very excited to return to my house, see family, eat some yummy food and get in my hot tub in winter (nothing compared to here).  The kids are getting excited to fly again too. So far we only have a few inches of snow hat has stayed on the ground for almost a week. The temperatures are below freezing all day so the snow is not melting all the way. Tomorrow's snow storm will bring a few more inches. When we return in mid January we will probably have a few feet. With this winter weather I have finally figured out which jacket I need to complete my winter weather wardrobe. I need another jacket for Anna too. I just hope I can find the Canada Goose jacket  in Houston when I return. If not I will choose a similar length parka in a different color that is already stocked. I've searched online for weeks now and cannot find the color and exact jacket in the size I need. This is my all time favorite but I can't find it in stock.

I saw the men creating the ice skating rink on the basketball court from my kitchen window. Here is what it looks like now. Still not ready yet.

My baby boy is 7

My heart is full today as we celebrate 7 years of life with this sweet, loving, adventurous little guy. God changed my world that Friday morning at 10:36 when he gave me the gift of motherhood. He was 7 pounds and 1 ounce of pure joy. 

He loves to read, learn new things, has learned to start reading and speaking Russian, and is crazy about all things ninja. He wants to be a professional soccer player for the USA. 

We love what a sweet little man he has become in 7 years.
